3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Likeold Stúdió retains all rights to the raw footage and original video content created during the provision of services. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the final edited video for promotional purposes as outlined in the service agreement. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the video for commercial purposes beyond the scope defined in the agreement without our express written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary access to locations and personnel required for the completion of the project. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate information or lack of access will be your responsibility.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of services may be subject to fees as outlined in the service agreement. We require a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Limitation of Liability
Likeold Stúdió will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
8. Website Use
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
